Elise Lingerie Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elise Lingerie. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  2. We accept returns for apparel items within 15 days of the delivery date.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

   The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Undergarments, including underwear and swimwear (for hygienic reasons).
  2. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting information or images, if applicable.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how to return the item.

 

  1. Return Shipping:
  2. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
  4. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  3. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  4. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

  2. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send back the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
  2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately, providing detailed information and any supporting evidence (such as photos).
  3. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either send a replacement (if available) or process a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
